HR/Recruitment Intern - NTS Eindhoven

Assignment
The intern will work as a part of D&E, Optel and Group recruitment team, taking part in all activities related to attracting, recruiting and engaging talent.

Your tasks will include:

• Supporting the recruitment process from start to finish

• Sourcing talent across diverse fields

• Planning interviews and meetings with agencies

• Planning and attending student career events

• Project(s) related to Talent Acquisition, depending on your background and interests

Compensation

For this internship/assignment we offer the following conditions:

• Fee of €500 per month;

• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km;

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor student in HR, Organizational Studies, Business or similar filed, studying at Dutch university

• Availability at least for 4 days per week on-site in Eindhoven

• Outgoing, proactive, well-organized, stress resilient

• Have great communication skills in English, both verbal and written

• Dutch language is a plus
