Job description

We are looking for a Sales Representative who plays a crucial role in translating customer requests into our own operations. In this key position you are the mainstay of our sales process and the translation to our internal planning.

Customer-oriented, analytical thinking and the ability to switch quickly therefore suit your way of thinking and working. As a translator of customer requirements into internal processes, you contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales activities. Your responsibilities include:

• Assesses, processes and confirms requests and repeat orders by identifying requirements and wishes and you monitor their progress internally and externally;

• Monitor prices, margins and sales processes and identify overruns;

• Maintains contact with (international) customers regarding the forecast and progress of deliveries and orders, discusses deviations from the agreement with customers and finds solutions;

• Coordinates the compilation of documentation for quotations and monitors the timeliness and accuracy of delivery;

• Analyzes various data and converts it into information for account management and planning and provides the necessary reports.

Job requirements

• A completed MBO-4 or HBO education;

• Good command of the English and Dutch language;

• Work experience in a technical environment is a plus;

• You are analytical, have a customer-oriented attitude and keep an overview in a dynamic work environment. You work accurately and have a high sense of responsibility;

• In addition, you have excellent communication skills.

• Salary from €3.500 - €4.400;
