Your Assignment
The intern will work as a part of D&E, Optel and Group recruitment team, taking part in all activities related to attracting, recruiting and engaging talent. Your tasks will include:
- Supporting the recruitment process from start to finish
- Sourcing talent across diverse fields
- Planning interviews and meetings with agencies
- Planning and attending student career events
- Project(s) related to Talent Acquisition, depending on your background and interests
Job requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor student in HR, Organizational Studies, Business or similar
- Availability for 4 days per week on-site in Eindhoven
- Outgoing, proactive, well-organized, stress resilient
- Have great communication skills in English, both verbal and written
