Job Description

As a Senior SCM Engineer at NTS Singapore, you are responsible for designing, optimizing, and managing the flow of materials, components, and finished goods within our mechatronics integration and sheet metal manufacturing environment. You ensure that logistics and material handling processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with production and delivery requirements. In this role, you play a key part in enabling smooth operations across complex high-tech workflows while supporting continuous improvement and innovation.

Furthermore, your key responsibilities are:

• Design and implement efficient internal logistics systems to support complex manufacturing and integration workflows;

• Analyze inventory data to optimize stock levels, reduce shortages, and minimize excess inventory;

• Develop and improve logistics value streams, including receiving, warehousing, kitting, and line-side delivery;

• Plan and optimize warehouse and production layouts for efficient material flow;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics processes with ERP systems and support new product introductions;

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in logistics transactions and reporting;

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean projects and cost reduction efforts.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or high-tech logistics environment, preferably in semiconductor or mechatronics industries;

• Strong understanding of logistics operations, warehouse management, and material handling systems;

• Experience working with ERP and/or MES systems;

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI;

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills;

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams within a dynamic environment.
