Job Description

As an Allround Production Employee at NTS Hengelo - Additive Manufacturing, you are an indispensable link in a small, close-knit team with one clear specialization: additive manufacturing, or 3D printing at a high technical level. This is not an anonymous production environment; everyone knows each other, your contribution is directly visible, and your initiative makes the difference.

NTS Hengelo - Additive Manufacturing operates as a scale-up under the NTS Group flag. You work on unique products for demanding customers in the high-tech industry and contribute directly to quality and progress.

You are versatile and effortlessly switch between different tasks in the production process, from preparing print jobs to post-processing and quality control. In a team of this size, every colleague counts double, and your approach makes a difference every day.

Furthermore, your tasks are:

• Preparing, (re)starting, and monitoring the 3D printing process on our machines;

• Performing post-processing and benchwork to bring printed components to the required final quality;

• Monitoring product quality and taking responsibility for a correct end result;

• Supporting the logistical flows within the production environment to ensure optimal progress;

• Proactively identifying bottlenecks or risks in the process and addressing them immediately or reporting them to the right colleague;

• Keeping the workplace clean and safe in accordance with applicable guidelines and safety regulations;

• Closely collaborating with your direct colleagues to achieve the daily production goals together.
  

Requirements

We are looking for a hands-on production employee with a proactive attitude and the following background:

• Relevant work experience in a technical production environment, preferably in post-processing, benchwork, or machine operation;

• An MBO-level of work and thinking suitable for a technical production role;

• A real hands-on mentality: you see work and do not wait until someone points it out to you;

• Flexible and versatile in multiple tasks within production;

• Strong sense of responsibility for quality, safety, and the end result;

• A true team player who collaborates well in a small close-knit team;

• Good command of the Dutch language in speech and writing, given the work instructions and communication on the work floor.

• Salary from €3,200 to €4,000 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications;
