Job Description

As a CNC Operator at NTS Eindhoven, you work independently on our modern 3-axis CNC milling machines in an advanced production environment. You contribute to the manufacturing of complex and high-quality components for the high-tech industry, with a constant focus on precision, quality, and reliability.

Your responsibilities also include:

• Operating 3-axis CNC milling machines in an automated environment;

• Changing tools and checking settings;

• Performing measurements and quality controls based on technical drawings;

• Identifying deviations and communicating with the foreman or programmer;

• Actively contributing to a safe, tidy, and efficient workplace.
  

Requirements

• Completed vocational education in metal technology or machining;

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator (Milling);

• You can read technical drawings and work with measuring tools;

• You are accurate, eager to learn, and have an eye for quality;

• You enjoy working in a high-tech production environment.

• Salary ranging from €3,200 to €3,800 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications;

Your Workplace

You will join the business unit Precision Machining: a close-knit and skilled team of around 35 colleagues with an average age of around 40 years. Here, you will experience the best of both worlds: the informal atmosphere and short lines of an SME, combined with the structure, security, and development opportunities of a large international organization.

Precision Machining is part of the NTS Campus in Eindhoven, where several NTS parts are located, namely: Mechatronics Assembly, Development & Engineering, Sheet Metal, and our headquarters. In total, around 600 colleagues work at the campus. This makes collaboration, knowledge sharing, and growth within NTS more accessible.
