Project Manager

With rapid growth in the last few years and a stable partnership with our customers, we are looking for a new colleague to fill the position of PROJECT MANAGER. 

Who are we looking for? 

Do you have previous experience of managing new projects in a manufacturing company? Customer satisfaction is a priority for you, and you want to participate in the continuous improvement of our company? Do you have fluent communication, both in Czech and in English? Then you are the right one for us. 

 Your main responsibilities: 

• Project management from acquisition phase to transfer to serial production. 

• Fulfillment of project objectives within the given budget, time, quality and scope. 

• Coordination of activities of internal and external people from the project team, suppliers, collaborators, etc. 

• Management and elimination of project risks. 

• Communication with key customers and other project stakeholders. 

We are expecting: 

• Technical knowledge or practical experience 

• Previous experience with project management 

• Responsibility for one's own work and its results, independence in completing tasks 

• Strong verbal, written, and technical writing skills in English and Czech to effectively communicate across all levels. 

• Good interpersonal skills - effective communication and collaboration, problem-solving and decision-making abilities 

• Welcoming is certification in one of the project management tools (PMBOK, PRINCE2, IPMA) 

• Experience in participating in projects in an international environment 

• Travel up to 15%, ad hoc customer visits
