Quality Manager

With rapid growth in the last few years and a stable partnership with our customers, we are looking for new colleague to fill the position of QUALITY MANAGER.

Who are we looking for?

Do you have previous experience of managing a quality department in a manufacturing company? Customer satisfaction is a priority for you and you want to participate in the continuous improvement of the quality in our company? Do you have fluent communication in English?

 Your main responsibilities: 

· Ensure that QMS processes to meet customer expectations.

· Lead and manage the Quality team, provide guidance and support to team members.

· Management of controlled documentation - work instructions, internal documents.

· Ensure and manage the ISO 9001/14001 agenda.

· Provide QMS and EMS trainings within the organization.

· Metrology management.

· Coordinate internal and external audits as the liaison, responding to audit findings with corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

· Analyse, develop, and implement quality assurance strategies in collaboration with various departments to support strategic initiatives.

· Develop, maintain, and report on Quality KPI metrics.

· Striving for continuous improvement of products and processes.

· Develop and maintain quality action plans to support ongoing improvement initiatives and compliance.

· Driving self-assessment surveys and other customer satisfaction

· Site KPI governance and cooperation with Corporate Quality team

We are expecting:

· Knowledge of quality standards and processes and audit execution.

· Previous experience with the same position in production and/or manufacturing company

· Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 regulatory requirements

· Data analysis and reporting

· Process improvement and optimization

· Risk management / FMEA preparation

· Strong verbal, written, and technical writing skills in English and Czech to effectively communicate across all levels.

· Good interpersonal skills - effective communication and collaboration, problem-solving and decision-making abilities

· Welcoming Lean Six Sigma experiences

· Travel up to 15%, leading supplier audits, ad hoc customer visits
