Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager within our Semicon Business Group, you play an essential role in optimizing our supply chain processes, focusing on high-tech modules and systems for the rapidly changing semiconductor market. In this dynamic and complex sector, precision, speed, and reliability are crucial - and that's exactly where you make the difference.

You are responsible for both project and operational procurement and logistics, ensuring a seamless chain from suppliers to assembly. Together with your team (16 FTE) consisting of NPL engineers, planners, project and operational buyers, you continuously work on process improvements that lead to shorter lead times, higher efficiency, and lower costs.

You have a strategic and operational role where you are also actively involved in supplier selection and concluding long-term agreements.

Furthermore, your responsibilities include:

• Selecting and developing strategic suppliers;

• Negotiating contracts and framework agreements;

• Optimizing logistics processes and material flows;

• Implementing innovative solutions in the chain;

• Driving continuous improvement and achieving KPIs within supply chain management.

Requirements

We are looking for a decisive and results-oriented professional with the following background:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Technical Business Administration, or Mechanical Engineering;

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management in a high-tech manufacturing environment (preferably semiconductor);

• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and collaboration across departments;

• Insight into procurement strategies, logistics optimization, and automation;

• Knowledge of or affinity with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement;

• You are pragmatic, analytical, and have a clear vision of supply chain in a high-mix/low-volume environment.

• Salary from €7.000 to €8.000 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications;
