Job Description

As a Warehouse Team Coach at NTS Hengelo, you are the direct point of contact and coach of a team of approximately 10 warehouse employees. You ensure that raw materials, tools, and goods are available for production at the right time, in the right place, and in the right condition. Your warehouse runs like a well-oiled machine, and that is no coincidence.

You focus mainly on execution on the shop floor: you support the team in daily operations, ensure smooth processes, and help resolve bottlenecks quickly. You work closely with the Team Leader, who is ultimately responsible for the results and strategic choices.

You are visibly present on the shop floor and encourage employees in their development, attitude, and behavior. At the same time, you monitor warehouse processes and ensure that standards are adhered to.

Your responsibilities also include:

• Daily management of warehouse processes, such as receiving, storage, management, and issuance of goods;

• Knowledge of inventory management and experience working in an ERP system;

• Identifying and promptly resolving disruptions in the logistics process, together with the team;

• Ensuring compliance with procedures, work instructions, and 5S standards;

• Performing operational HR tasks, such as work discussions and daily employee guidance;

• Checking incoming goods for quantity, quality, transport damage, and correct identification.
  

Requirements

We are looking for a decisive and committed Warehouse Team Coach with a passion for logistics and team development.

• Completed vocational education in logistics, supply chain, or similar;

• Experience in managing, guiding, or coaching employees is a strong advantage;

• Knowledge of inventory management and experience working in an ERP system;

• Strong in planning, organizing, and identifying improvement opportunities;

• Good command of the English language in speech and writing due to work instructions, procedures, and communication on the shop floor.

• Salary ranging from €4,000.00 to €5,000.00 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications;
