Job Description
As an Account Manager at NTS Eindhoven, you are the key link between our (international) customers and our internal teams. From first contact to long-term partnership, you ensure everything aligns.
With your technical insight, commercial mindset and proactive approach, you turn customer needs into concrete actions and continuous improvements.

You will join the Sales Team at our NTS Eindhoven – Mechatronic Assembly site, where we develop and assemble high-tech mechatronic (sub)assemblies for the semiconductor, analytics and health markets. You’ll be part of a dedicated team of six colleagues, working closely together to serve our international customers.

Furthermore, your responsibilities include:

• Manage and grow existing accounts within the semiconductor and analytics domains;

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) requests and coordinate with internal stakeholders;

• Maintain your sales funnel and build lasting client relationships;

• Analyze and report on account performance and results;

• Drive continuous improvement projects, such as cost roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working/thinking level with a strong technical affinity;

• Experience in technical account management in a low volume/high complexity environment;

• Preferred experience within analytical and/or Health tech domain

• A natural connector who prefers being on-site (max. 1 day/week remote);

• You take ownership and responsibility, and act with initiative;

• Strong communication skills in at least English (written and verbal), Dutch is a plus;

• Full Time availability preferred minimal  32-hours and ready to make a difference.
