Job description
As a Production Planner at NTS Eindhoven, you are the link between our customer, production, and internal departments. In our world of precision machining - where we turn and mill with micrometer precision - your work is crucial. You plan, coordinate, and align. You switch rapidly and always manage to keep control of the schedule.

Your day is never the same. From prototype to small series: you ensure that everything runs on time and according to agreement. You work together with colleagues from engineering, production, procurement, and dispatch. Additionally, you are also the point of contact for our customers: you answer questions, discuss delivery times, and proactively solve bottlenecks.

Furthermore, your tasks are:

• Processing purchase orders, forecasts, and customer requests;

• Aligning and coordinating with various departments to optimize the schedule;

• Managing machine capacity and material requirements, both short and long term;

• Order management from A to Z: from input to confirmation and customer communication;

• Identifying risks and solving bottlenecks in consultation with your colleagues;

• Improving processes, thinking from a customer perspective and efficiency
  

Requirements

• A completed mbo+/hbo education in technology, logistics, or (technical) business administration;

• Or relevant experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment (experience in machining/high tech is a big plus);

• You have strong communication skills and smoothly interact with internal and external stakeholders;

• You keep an overview, think ahead, and do not get flustered easily;

• Fluency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written;

• You have experience with ERP systems (knowledge of Navision is a bonus) and work easily with Excel and Outlook.
