Job description
As Continuous Improvement Manager at NTS Hengelo, you are the driving force behind a culture where continuous improvement becomes the norm. No theoretical PowerPoint stories, but real, practical improvements that our people can immediately work with.

You ensure that the right tools and methodologies are available - and even more importantly - that people understand and want to use them. Your tasks also include:

• You develop and embed a CI culture within the organization;

• You initiate and guide Kaizen events and improvement processes on the shop floor;

• You provide employees with tools, coaching, and inspiration to take on improvements themselves;

• You know how to motivate people in a light-hearted, sometimes humorous way and turn resistance around;

• You work closely with production, operations, and management to identify and exploit improvement potential.
  

Requirements

You are an enthusiastic change maker with a practical approach. People enjoy working with you - you know how to lead even the toughest conversations in a good way with humor and persuasiveness.

In addition, you have:

• At least a completed HBO education (preferably in technology or business administration);

• At least 5 years of experience in a production environment (manufacturing industry is a plus);

• Thorough knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and/or other CI methodologies;

• Experience in guiding change processes and training/coaching teams.

• Salary from €5.000 to €7.500;
