Job Description
As a Finance Manager at NTS Hengelo you are able to quickly understand the growing organization, so that it a can be managed correctly and efficiency increased. You are responsible for the

financial management, the IT environment and you participate in determining the company strategy as a member of the Management Team. You manage both the financial team and the IT staff and ensure

for optimal functioning of both departments.

Furthermore, your key responsibilities are:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals;

• Lead day-to-day financial operations and projects, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting;

• Prepare and present financial reports to the Management Team and NTS Group Board;

• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives by providing reliable and actionable financial insights;

• Improve financial results and operational performance across quality and logistics domains;

• Lead and coach the Finance and IT teams, fostering development and collaboration.

You report hierarchically to the Managing Director of NTS Hengelo and functionally collaborate with the Finance team of NTS Group. This is an independent and influential position within the MT.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Financial Economics;

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role;

• Affinity with high-tech production environments;

• Strong leadership and communication skills;

• Proactive, result-driven, and able to operate both strategically and hands-on.

• Salary from €7.000 to €9.000;
