Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic sourcing for electrical parts, including cables, PCBA, components, and prescribed materials from our customers etc.

• Driving QLTC performance for our suppliers.

• Aligning on cost reduction programs with various sites within the organization.

• Defining strategies for subcategories within the electrical domain.

• Demonstrating appreciation for technology and techniques involved in electrical manufacturing.

• Utilizing a proven track record in category management to drive effective procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving the electrical components procurement, developing a category plan, and aligning the strategy with organizational objectives.

• Managing costs effectively and leading cost management initiatives within the electrical category.

• Leading the development and execution of strategic procurement plans for electrical components.

Job Requirements:

• At-least 5+ years in direct procurement
• Bachelors or Master’s in (technical) business administration, supply chain management.
• Proven experience in strategic procurement, specifically in the electrical domain.
• Experience managing large-scale procurement budgets.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in category management.
• Proactive and self-starter mindset.
• Collaborative team player.
• Passion for strategic sourcing and electrical procurement.
