Job Description
As our Head of Marketing and Communications at NTS Eindhoven you will:
Lead the change in crafting a compelling brand story, driving digital transformation within marketing, and working closely with your team to implement strategies on the ground, ensuring seamless execution across all channels.
Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Have the autonomy to build and lead a high-performing team while collaborating closely with stakeholders across the world to align marketing and communication strategies with commercial and corporate goals.
Furthermore, your duties are:
Strategic Leadership and Operational Participation
Develop and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy that strengthens NTS’s global brand presence and supports business objectives.
Help to drive product positioning with clear, value-driven propositions that differentiate NTS in the high-tech market.
Work closely with stakeholders throughout the company, including commercial and business development teams to align strategies that generate leads and accelerate revenue growth.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Lead innovative digital marketing efforts, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and marketing automation tools to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
Analyze market trends and audience insights to create data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Branding & Storytelling
Establish NTS as a thought leader in the high-tech industry by creating high-impact content that positions us as an authoritative voice in our markets.
Lead initiatives that showcase our expertise through whitepapers, industry insights, and innovative thought leadership pieces.
Guide the NTS commercial team in effectively communicating key messages.
Establish thought leadership by working with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and creating high-quality content such as whitepapers, case studies and thought leadership pieces.
Internal and External Communications
Drive internal communications to foster alignment and engagement across global teams and workforce at all sites.
Manage PR initiatives, including media outreach, sponsorships and events, to enhance NTS’s reputation and visibility.
Ensure strong alignment with Employee Value Proposition and labor market communication.
Operational Excellence
Set KPIs, manage budgets and ensure the quality and timeliness of all marketing activities.
Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
Job Requirements
Ambition, energy and the willingness and drive to make a difference.
An analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, with a Master’s degree in preferably marketing, communications or business.
10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in high-tech or manufacturing.
Proven success in leading digital marketing, content generation and branding initiatives.
A track record of collaborating with sales teams and driving lead generation through digital and traditional channels.
Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging narratives.
Experience managing teams, budgets and key stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
