Intern HR/Recruiter

Your Assignment
The intern will work as a part of D&E, Optel and Group recruitment team, taking part in all activities related to attracting, recruiting and engaging talent. Your tasks will include:

• Supporting the recruitment process from start to finish
• Sourcing talent across diverse fields
• Planning interviews and meetings with agencies
• Planning and attending student career events
• Project(s) related to Talent Acquisition, depending on your background and interests

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor student in HR, Organizational Studies, Business or similar field at any Dutch university 
• between 32 and 40 hours availability per week 
• Outgoing, proactive, well-organized, stress resilient
• Have great communication skills in English, both verbal and written
