Job Description

Your tasks will include:

• Communication with customers and addressing their requirements;

• Participation in project preparation of new products (CP creation);

• Managing non-conformities and collaborating with production, procurement, and TPV;

• Supporting improvement projects, quality reporting;

• Participation in internal and external audits;

• Employee training.

Requirements

• Secondary/University education in engineering;

• Knowledge of quality tools (8D, 5WHY, Ishikawa, FMEA, Pareto, SPC);

• Minimum of 3 years of experience (Automotive advantageous);

• Understanding of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 and engineering drawings;

• English language skills at a communicative level (B2) and driving license category B - active driver;

• Analytical thinking, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate.
