Job Description

As a Manufacturing Excellence Leader at NTS Group, you will drive the development and execution of the manufacturing-excellence strategy across our high-tech operations. You act as a change agent and support site teams in building process discipline, structured ways of working, and sustainable performance improvement.

Furthermore, your key responsibilities are:

  • Define and implement the manufacturing-excellence strategy, including improvement roadmaps, KPIs, and performance targets.

  • Lead and coordinate continuous-improvement projects focused on waste reduction, productivity improvement, cost efficiency, and cycle-time reduction.

  • Introduce, standardize, and maintain Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, or other improvement methodologies across production and supporting functions.

  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure process stability and alignment with customer and business requirements.

  • Build and strengthen a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, mentoring, workshops, and structured training.

  • Support structured problem-solving processes and ensure decision-making is data-driven.

  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reporting to management.

  • Contribute to digital-transformation initiatives, including process automation and data-driven manufacturing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in high-tech, precision engineering, mechatronics, or similar environments.

  • Proven experience in leading improvement programs or operational-excellence projects.

  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, or similar continuous-improvement methodologies.

  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience with structured, data-driven problem solving.

  • Ability to lead, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Proactive mindset, resilience to change, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic high-tech environment.

At NTS, we combine our passion for technology with innovative solutions to complex challenges. You get the freedom and confidence to fully use and develop your talents in a dynamic and energetic environment. We invest both in technology and in you as a future colleague! With this challenge, we offer the following terms of employment:

  • Competitive Salary

  • Personal growth and development opportunities through training and/or education

  • 27 vacation days and an additional 13 ADV days
