Job Description

As an Industrial Parts Washing Operator, you ensure that delivered products are carefully cleaned according to the specific requirements of our customers. You independently operate the machines and transport equipment in the washing area, check the quality of the cleaned products, and ensure that they are safely transported to the next workstation.

You prepare your work based on clear work instructions and ensure that your work environment is clean, safe, and orderly. Together with your colleagues, you make an important contribution to the quality of our products. You are part of a close-knit team (Cleanroom and Washing Area) where collaboration and precision are the daily basis.

Furthermore, your tasks include:

• Operating and checking the assigned machines and transport equipment.

• Correctly placing products in the designated baskets and carefully carrying out the cleaning process.

• Monitoring product quality and checking if the cleaned products meet the specified cleanliness specifications.

• Periodically checking the operation of cleaning, rinsing, and ultrasonic machines.

• Keeping the work environment clean, tidy, and safe.

• Emptying waste bins in a timely manner and processing waste streams according to applicable environmental and safety regulations.

• Recording work, checks, and material usage when necessary.

Requirements

You enjoy working with your hands and understand how important accuracy and quality are. You can work independently but also enjoy working with colleagues to achieve the best results. Experience in a similar role is a plus, but your motivation and eagerness to learn are just as important.

• Accurate, independent, and quality-conscious;

• A practical mindset and a real hands-on mentality;

• Good command of the Dutch language in speech and writing;

• Willingness to work in 2-shifts (17.19% shift allowance 6:00 am to 2:30 pm and 2:15 pm to 11:00 pm (Mon to Thu and Friday until 9:45 pm).

• Willingness to occasionally work on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday, around 10:00 am–12:00 pm). Weekend shifts are distributed by mutual agreement.

• Salary from €2,800 to €3,300 gross per month, shift allowance of 17.19%, depending on education and experience;
