Company Overview: NTS Drachten specializes in the development, production, and assembly of complete high-precision mechatronic systems and ultra-precise components. NTS adds unique value to impactful customer products such as chip machines, electron microscopes, and other high-tech solutions. We are on the brink of an ambitious growth phase and are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to help us realize this growth.

Job Description: In this role, you are daily engaged in planning and monitoring various production, customer, and inventory orders in the most optimal and efficient way, without losing sight of delivery reliability. This requires a structured and careful way of working, but under the time pressure of the set deadlines. With your organizational talent, you ensure that the processes run smoothly and that everyone is on board. All this in a job-shop environment with a high mix of products with low volume.
