Job Description

As a Receptionist at NTS Hengelo, you are the face of our location. You are the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers, and colleagues. Thanks to your hospitable welcome, everyone feels welcome. In addition, you support various administrative processes with enthusiasm and contribute to a flawless daily organization. Your workday is varied and versatile. You combine hospitality with administrative support, making your role of great value to our team.

Your responsibilities also include:

• Warm and professional reception of visitors;

• Managing incoming phone calls and emails;

• Supporting HR and staff departments, such as in recruitment and onboarding processes;

• Ordering office supplies and other facility matters;

• Processing and verifying invoices;

• Maintaining personnel information in systems;

• Brainstorming on improving administrative processes.
  

Requirements

• MBO level of education;

• You are strong in communication and customer-oriented;

• You have experience with administrative processes and systems;

• You are proactive, flexible, and accurate;

• You easily switch between different tasks;

• You are presentable and enjoy helping others.
