Job Description
As a Sales Manager at NTS Hengelo & Drachten, you lead the commercial teams of two leading high-tech manufacturing locations within the Ultra-Precision Cluster of NTS. These sites specialize in ultra-precise machining and mechanical assembly, serving international OEM customers in industries such as semiconductors and analytics.

Your base is in Hengelo, but you are present in Drachten one day a week to support and connect the team there. Additionally, you are regularly present in Eindhoven at the headquarters (HQ) for alignment and collaboration with central management. You are part of the Management Team (MT) of NTS Hengelo and are responsible for revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and team development at both locations. You work closely with the Managing Directors of Hengelo and Drachten and report directly to the CCO of NTS Group.


Furthermore, your responsibilities include:

  • Leading the commercial teams of NTS Hengelo & Drachten;

  • Developing and implementing growth strategies for strategic and local customers;

  • Managing key accounts in collaboration with Global Account Managers;

  • Translating technological expertise into customer-oriented propositions;

  • Improving and harmonizing commercial processes, such as quotations, cost structures, and order processing;

  • Aligning processes and standards with other NTS locations and the headquarters in Eindhoven;

  • Identifying market developments and translating them into targeted actions within the cluster.

Requirements

  • HBO/WO level of education, preferably technical/commercial;

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership sales role within the high-tech manufacturing industry;

  • Experience with ultra-precision, machining, or mechanical assembly is a plus;

  • Demonstrably strong in strategic account management and team development;

  • You switch smoothly between strategic and operational levels;

  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English;

  • Experience in managing teams at multiple locations.
