Job Description
As a Project Buyer, you will represent the procurement function within customer projects. You play a key role in supplier selection and ensure that all purchasing processes align seamlessly with project goals. You work closely with Project Managers, Commodity Buyers, and Supplier Quality Engineers, and report hierarchically to the Supply Chain Manager.

Furthermore, your Key Responsibilities are:

• Selecting and approving suppliers based on customer requirements and relevant commodity strategies.

• Negotiating project packages (across QLTC) and monitoring the CPR roadmap.

• Developing and executing procurement strategies in collaboration with Commodity Buyers and Supplier Quality Engineers.

• Ensuring timely material availability by placing and following up on project-related orders.

• Optimizing procurement costs based on the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) principle.

Job Requirements

• Higher professional education (HBO) level, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a similar field.

• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable procurement position.

• Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.

• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Navision) and an affinity for ICT tools.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both Dutch and English.

• Salary ranging from €4,900 to €6,800, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Travel allowance paid monthly, up to 50 km one way, with €0.21 per km reimbursement.
